Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the digital marketing services offered by Nicholas Drive Properties LLC ("us," "we," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services. These Terms apply to all clients, and a formal Service Agreement may supersede or supplement these terms.

2. Provision of Services

Nicholas Drive Properties LLC agrees to provide the digital marketing services as described in the mutually agreed-upon Service Agreement or Statement of Work. Services may include, but are not limited to, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Content Marketing.

3. Timelines and Deliverables

Project timelines and deliverables will be outlined in the Service Agreement. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary assets, information, or approvals in a timely manner.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including service fees, billing cycles, and payment methods, will be specified in the Service Agreement or invoice. Fees for services are due in advance of the period in which services are rendered. Late payments may result in a suspension of services and/or late fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary access to websites, analytics accounts, ad accounts, and other platforms required for us to perform our services. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all materials and information provided to Nicholas Drive Properties LLC .

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, and campaign details.

7. Limitation of Liability

While Nicholas Drive Properties LLC endeavors to provide the highest quality services, we do not guarantee specific results, such as search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue increases. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in the preceding month.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice, typically 30 days, as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the effective date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nicholas Drive Properties LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
